**RouteFlick Editorial**Product guide from the team building RouteFlick

Published July 19, 2026Updated October 5, 2026

"We're moving!" as a text post gets a like. The same news as a little film -- the camera lifting off from your old street, crossing the country, and settling on your new city -- gets saved, shared and remembered. Here's how to make one.

About this guide and its evidence

Published by RouteFlick, the maker of the product described here. This is first-party guidance, not an independent review.

Route previews are actual exports. An example route illustrates a workflow; it does not prove every feature or a competitor's output. Export speed depends on your device.

Creator workflow and comparison documentation reviewed October 5, 2026. Named vendor sources support the documented facts; this is not a purchased-plan test or an export-speed benchmark. Unknown specifications are marked as not verified. Confirm current terms before buying.

## Watch the result before you use it

This is a finished RouteFlick video for **Great American Road Trip**, not an illustration or simulated interface.

San Francisco -> Las Vegas -> Grand Canyon -> Denver -> Chicago -> +1

**Real product, not a mockup.** This is the RouteFlick studio and export flow used to make the videos described in this guide.

## The simplest version: two stops

1. Add your current city, then your new one.
2. Pick the mode that tells the story: the moving-truck drive along the real highway, or the one-way flight.
3. Title card: "The Parkers are moving to Denver - Summer 2026".

For a drive, choose the camper or car vehicle and the route follows the actual roads -- people will recognise the highways. For a flight, the arc over the globe makes even a short hop feel like a chapter change.

## Make it a story, not a line

- Add the places that mattered in between -- the college town, the first apartment city -- and let the route revisit them on the way.
- Attach a photo to each: the old front door at the start, the new keys at the end.
- A one-line subtitle carries the emotion: "10 years, 3 cities, 1 new adventure".

💡 Announcing a company relocation or a new office? The same video in the Light or Dark map style with your brand colour as the route reads perfectly on LinkedIn.

## Post it everywhere at once

Export vertical for stories and Reels, square for the feed, and widescreen for the family group chat's TV cast. Export runs on your device; its speed depends on hardware, route complexity and settings. Cloud saving can upload media.

**Your route. Your preview. Your video.**

With free styles, cameras and sounds: as many Full HD (1080p) exports as you like, at 30 fps with a RouteFlick watermark, up to 10 stops per trip. No account or card required to create and export. Pro: up to 4K at 60 fps, watermark removal and GPX/KML/GeoJSON import. Available output depends on your plan, browser and device.
