These Terms govern your use of RouteFlick ("RouteFlick", "we", "us") at routeflick.com and our route-animation service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

## 1\. The service

RouteFlick lets you design travel routes on a 3D globe and render them into videos in your browser. We may add, change or remove features over time.

## 2\. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account.

## 3\. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

-   use the service unlawfully, or to create content that is infringing, defamatory, hateful or otherwise illegal;
-   publicly share nudity or real-world graphic violence outside a newsworthy context;
-   upload media you do not have the rights to use;
-   attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service, or circumvent plan limits or watermarks;
-   resell or redistribute the service itself without our permission.

## 4\. Your content

You keep ownership of the routes, photos, audio and videos you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant RouteFlick a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to save trips and render exports). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you add.

The videos you export are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these Terms and the rights in any media you supplied.

## 5\. Our content & brand

RouteFlick, our software, design, globe and terrain rendering, and the RouteFlick name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our brand to imply endorsement, or use RouteFlick or videos made with it to build or promote a competing product or service.

## 6\. Map & terrain data

The globe uses third-party map, terrain and imagery data provided under their own licences. Where attribution is required, it is provided in-app and/or on our Attribution page.

## 7\. Plans, billing & watermarks

-   Free -- export in HD with a RouteFlick watermark.
-   Paid plans (Pro / Studio) -- higher resolution (up to 4K) and no watermark, per the plan you choose.
-   Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
-   Removing the watermark or unlocking higher quality requires an active eligible plan at export time.

## 8\. Refunds

Eligible purchases may be refunded as described in our Refund Policy.

## 9\. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that exports, rendering performance or availability will be uninterrupted or error-free, which can depend on your device and browser.

## 10\. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteFlick is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## 11\. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

## 12\. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes -- except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights or a different forum.

## 13\. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable notice (e.g. in-app or by email). Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
